Iceberg Thermal vertreibt die FUZEIce Plus in einer 3.5- und 7-Gramm-Tube. Einen zusätzlichen Lieferumfang in der rollenförmigen Pappkartonverpackung gibt es nicht. Die grau-bläuliche Wärmeleitpaste besteht aus Kohlenstoff-Mikropartikeln und ist daher weder elektrisch leitend noch kapazitiv. Die FUZEIce Plus ist recht fest (Viskosität: 60.000 Poise) und lässt sich demnach sehr präzise auf den Prozessor auftragen. Die Wärmeleitfähigkeit beträgt knapp 13 W/mK. Dank der speziellen Tube (Kombination aus Präzisionsapplikator und Winkelverteiler) benötigt man kein zusätzliches Tool zum Verstreichen. Unser Testmuster eignet sich für Betriebstemperaturen von -50 °C bis +200 °C. Die Spritze ist wiederverschließbar und verhindert so ein Austrocknen der Paste während der Aufbewahrung. Die Füllmenge von 3.5 Gramm reicht für mehr als acht Anwendungen.

Die Iceberg Thermal FUZEIce Plus ist, nach der MX-6 von Arctic, die bisher günstigste Wärmeleitpaste in unserer Redaktion. Und obwohl der Straßenpreis überschaubar ist (knapp über 10 Euro für die 3.5-Gramm-Tube), bekommt der Käufer eine mehr als ordentliche Leistung geboten. Es gibt zwar keinen Lieferumfang (ein Reinigungstuch wäre wünschenswert gewesen), doch dafür weiß die praktische Tube zu gefallen (präzises und leichtes Auftragen ohne zusätzliches Tool). Angesichts der zahlreichen Pro-Punkte können wir bedenkenlos eine Empfehlung für unser Testmuster aussprechen.
